Lesson Learned 11 14 2014

I over think my swim so my stroke is tense and breathing is clumsy and erratic, which makes for a horrible swim.  In the endless pool this morning I caught myself over thinking, I finally paused and said if my coach is not correcting me (she is the expert) why am I correcting me.  She will tell me what I need to do.  Once that sunk in my swim, at least this morning, felt better!.
