My reason for logging my workout is not to show off but to hopefully inspire you to do the same.

Garage work out consist simple upper and lower resistance training with dumbbells and bands.
 3 sets of 20 (squats, lunges, biceps, triceps)
500 – 900 skips with weighted jump rope
50 – 100 crunches
MOST IMPORTANT STRETCHING!
